In the United States two common hawks that eat other birds are Cooper's Hawk and Sharp-shinned Hawk. They are both accipiters, which is a group of hawks designed to chase birds through trees, being able to manuever easily.
In the desert Roadrunners will occasionally take birds, though their preferred food is lizards or snakes. Harris's Hawks in the desert will also take an occasional bird.
Members of the falcon family will take birds, which is reflected in their old names, Kestrel- Sparrow Hawk, Merlin- Pigeon Hawk, Peregrine- Duck Hawk.
By the way, Bald Eagles do not eat birds, but prefer fish and carrion (dead animals)

Cooper's Hawk, Sharp-shinned Hawk, Red-tailed Hawk, Red-shouldered Hawk, Prairie Falcon, Peregrine Falcon, etc. Most hawks and falcons will eat smaller birds, some Eagle species will as well. Even Ravens and Crows will eat baby birds out of nests. Hawks will readily eat snakes.

You should feed all birds fruits and vegetables. Birds especially need vitamin A. There are some of these that are poisen to birds. Apples, but NO seeds, any fruit that has a pit, remove the pit, no avocados, No lettuce(not enough food value), only cooked sweet potatoes. Birds don't need vitamin C but i feed mine lemons, oranges and limes sometimes. Broccoli, corn, dark green leafy stuff, squash, peppers seeds and all, pomgrantes, cactus seed pods-can't think of their name, carrots, a bit of boiled egg occasionally, string beans, beans. I have bigger birds and when I am in a hurry I lightly heat some frozen mixed veggies. Don't go heavy on those things higher in protein. Go on line and find out what is out there. There are tons of articles on the care and feeding of parakeets.

I believe the term you're looking for may be "raptor", because it means bird of prey.
As for which birds, it is mostly eagles, hawks, and sometimes owls. But any species has been known at rare times to eat their young or smaller birds. Hope this helps!

Members of the hawk family do attack smaller birds... and birds like ravens think nothing of stealing an egg or a chick out of other bird's nests...

It's the class of predatory birds usually refered to as raptors, but there are also scavengers to stretch the point--try those terms on Wikipedia. B.
