There is a product called FOR-BID that you can get from your vet. You add it to her food and it makes the poo taste bad. (Like it wouldn't already!) It's very reasonably priced and cured my shih tzu within 2 days. There hasn't been a single relapse. The best part is that it's made of wheat gluten and monosodium glutamate so there are no weird drugs in it.

Because it's YUMMY!!! :)
At least that's what she thinks. About the only thing you can so is keep a close eye on her and monitor her when she goes to make sure she doesn't eat it. If she tries to gently scold her and take her away from it. She should eventually grow out of doing this. Good Luck!!

She's bored. Alot of dogs do that. And they eat other dog's poo and cat poo, ect. I would say, to keep your dog from eating her own poo, to scoop it up and discard it as soon as she goes. Problem solved!

she thinks it tastes good, meaning she obviously likes the food you are feeding her if she eats it twice. lol. - you can add some crushed pinapple to her kibble. i dont know why but when pinapple comes back out, it makes the poo unappetizing.
