Hair around the hairline can naturally be finer and more fragile than the other hairs on your head. Products or styling that won't damage the rest of your hair can cause breakage in those finer areas. Be gentle with those areas when styling...and if you get any chemical services done (relaxers, perms, color), let your stylist know that you that your hair is especially fragile around the hairline and they will make adjustments in application so they don't overprocess that hair.

if it is breaking and creating kind of baby hairs , it could be from having your hair pulled into a ponytail too much or when you towel dry your hair, don't wrap the towel and leave the towel on your head because causes a ton of damage to your hair

How can your hair be breaking ????? if you mean falling of then you are probably just really stressed out
