Yes, but he is also completely responsible for any wrong actions he may choose. If he commits a crime he will be held accountable.

Yes. Man is completely free in his actions. Some have come to the conclusion that since there is so much evil in this world, then God must be an evil entity; but all this wickedness is actually the result of this total freedom. God allows us to do whatever we want.
But, He expects more of us than this and there will be grave concequences for those who choose ungodly acts.

You have to be more specific please. A man (or woman) who is coherent and able to know right from wrong are "free" in their actions. A man or woman who has some sort of brain problem that hampers their ability to choose right from wrong are not "free" in their actions.

I think to a degree. But remember, we are all the threads of a beautiful quilt, and we form a thing of vast beautry that we can only imagine. If the gold threads are tarnished some, it gives the color variance and character.

But we can't escape being woven, for we live.

No. We are nothing but actors playing out the script that God has written. Our purpose here is to get a glimpse of that script, thats what prophecy is. Im just playing my part. I dont know what the script says, but not a thought or action is mine own, its all been done before in the mind of God. Wouldnt it make sense, if you believe in Armegeddon, that all things have to happen in order for it to take place, all things and people involved have to play a role. Dont you think people have no choice in whether they fulfill prophecy or not? Check out poor ole Judas...Jesus said "he was born for this." Poor bastard, born to betray the "son of man", and turn him over to the law.

if we're really free, why the 10 commandments?
shouldn't there be no rules at all?
why did He give us free will if he would eventually dish out punishments for wrong deeds in the end?
