assuming you're a healthy adult, you can probably do regular eggs w/ cheese now and again. You may want to do a combo of both extremes, and use 1 egg white and 1 whole egg, mixed together, then add cheese.

Egg whites are better for you. Cheese is not the best thing but it sure does taste good!!! So compromise and use the cheese and just egg whites to keep the calories down and the nutrition up. Calorie-wise, 3 egg whites equal one whole egg.

to make it simple for you to make the right decision you need to know that eggs are a combination of many ingredients but to keep it simple; the yoke is fat and cholesterol. the clear liquid part is predominately Protein. you asked what is better if having a 3 egg omlette use one whole egg, withj 2 just the white protein parts then add what ever cheese you want. I am a personal trainer and body builder I eat 6 egg white omletts twice a day its all good protein. hope this helps
