I would not advise it. It can lead to genetic problems.

It is physically possible, but generally a bad idea.
Sometimes dogs carry genetic problems which only show up when they are bred to another dog that carries them.
So two dogs who have appear to have good eyes could produce blind puppies.
As a rule, breeding dogs that are related in any way (cousins, etc) is something only an experienced breeder should do after consulting with a vet and doing all the necessary health screenings.
If you are afraid your two dogs will breed, have them altered. It will make life much easier as the female will not be going into heat and the male will not be going nuts because his sister is in heat.

Not if you're asking the question, you can't!!! Inbreeding is only for responsible, experienced, reputable breeders who know both their dogs and their pedigrees for at least 3 generations back very, very thoroughly.
You also need a knowledge of genetics before you attempt an inbreeding. You need to know that every recessive gene that's in the dogs, both good and bad, will come out in the puppies in an inbreeding. Therefore, if there are bad temperaments somewhere in the line, even if the parents don't have them, the puppies will. And that's why if you have to ask the question, you do not do it.

I have been breeding for years and would NEVER breed a brother and sister. NEVER. EVER. Some breeders do a father/daughter or a mother/son, but that sould be left to people who know what they are doing. You need to know the background of all the dogs in the pedigree for both dogs.
Don't do it. There is NO reason to do it, except it is easy if you have both, and you want to make some money.

Selective breeding should only be attempted by professionals. They never recommend brother and sister mating. If your question is can they breed.......yes but, it is not a good thing. If you have decided to keep them together get them fixed....

No, it can cause all kinds of birth defects, and aggression. it is best not to bred any related dog together. Get them both fixed there are too many unwanted pets out there.

Sure you can. Most pure breeds were achieved that way.
This is also where the problems associated with pure breeds come from.

One generation in in-breeding will not cause genetic defects. You would not be able to register them with the AKC.
