The "white stuff" could be one of several things, and is not necessarily cancer related. You should see your MD and give a stool sample, if you feel you have other symptoms that may be cause for concern.
The only way to "stop cancer from getting worse" is to treat it medically.

Your symptoms could be caused by many things that are NOT cancer such as an infection or inflammatory bowel disease. Or it may be nothing. Regardless of the cause, it's important to get checked and treated by a doctor. Don't delay--infections and other things besides cancer can make you pretty sick, too. Early diagnosis and treatment are key to keep the problem from getting worse and causing you serious illness. And also, then you can stop worrying about it.

I agree with the other posters about seeing your doctor. Having said that, change your lifestyle and diet. All the men on my Mom's side of the family died with cancer before they reached 50. My brother at 48. I am the only male to pass 50, and at 62, am still going strong, especially since changing to herbs and raw "alive" foods. Everyone should bypass cooked, processed, dead foods, since our body is designed to eat raw food. Sure we CAN eat processed food, but the body has to produce the enzymes to digest them, and therein lies the problem with many of our endemic and inherited and older-aged type diseases. We are getting cancer at an alarming rate, younger, and younger, and it can be directly linked to what our parents, and we ate growing up. Want an idea of how to change your diet? I have some good points in my 360 blog.
