Yes and No. It has its ups and downs. You get to tey differnt styles on people and suggest what would look great on them and color. The down side is the first part of the year. It is very slow for stylist.

Earning the minimum wage has never been as fun as it is now that the job of "hair stylist" has been invented. Before "hair styling" was done by the barber who was also the surgeon, village idiot and local serial killer but now you don't need to risk life and limb to get your hair styled, you can go and see a stylist!
In addition to not being hacked to pieces by your hair stylist you can also pay an absolute fortune for what ultimately amounts to a very simple job, the results of which are based on a combination of how insecure you feel about the looks you were born with and the amount of money in your wallet.
Ripping people off and capitalizing on their insecurities is great fun and the art of hair stylism and all of the wonderfully barbaric acts that take place in beauty salons will be alive and well for as long as men need highlights and women need to pour hot wax on their face and body in order tear out naturally occurring keratin fibres by the root in the name of aesthetics.

Back-breaking work.
Remember that it also goes along with other beautician work, mainly hair removal, especially by facial waxing. Be prepared to remove a lot of moustaches.
