im 12 and i weigh 104 lbs and i would like to be around 85 or 90........... PLEASE HELP!!!

drink plenty of water and avoid fried and fatty food.
The key is metabolism...boost your metabolism through increasing your level of activity.
Find a group that wants to lose weight and join them for support and progress.

First of all you are not overweight. There is no such thing as losing weight fast. You should concentrate on adding more fruit and vegetables in your diet. Just watch your portion size. But for heavens sake don't be obsessing over your weight. Drink plenty of fluids; water and juice.

How tall are you?

I'm sure you are just fine for your age. 85 is NOT a healthy weight.
