I need to lose alot of weight in about 4 weeks.. can anyone tell me how to lose as much as possible without starving myself??

i know a way that you can lose approximately 20 pounds a week, so in your case, about 80 pounds, since you have 4 weeks to work with.

this is a VERY brutal diet. but it is used in hospitals, so its a sure thing IF you dont cheat.

they use this diet when they need to shrink overweight people quickly so that they can perform surgical operations on them ASAP...

im not exactly sure how to apply the diet, you would have to find that out. its a cabbage diet -- but i dont know how much of it you eat// when you eat it// if you eat anything else at all.

but my grandpa went on the diet, and he lost appox. 19 pounds a week. his friends that he went on it with, lost approx. 17 pounds a week.

Everyone will tell you that losing a lot of weight fast is unhealthy and it will all come back quickly. Diet pills can cause serious health issues as well. Just lower your calorie intake and exercise-all you have to do is walk! You can also disguise any "imperfections" with how you dress. If your weight is in your middle, accentuate your neckline with jewelry or scarfs, don't use bright colored belts or clothing; stick with monochromatic colors. Try wearing funky shoes, earrings etc. Have fun!!

exercise, exercise, exercise...yes dropping how much calorie intake is a big part, but if you work-out for at least 30 mins. a day and actually feel the burn and sweat, you will just start melting away the weight, but dont' give up, you got to stick with it.

reduce your calorie intake and exercise. Go to http://www.weightwatchers.com for tips and ideas. You can get free recipes there if you don't want to go to meetings.
