When i was on vacation in hawaii i had a spam musubi, which is spam on top of a square of rice wrapped in seaweed and soaked in a teriyaki or soy sauce mixture.....really good...but I also make fried rice and add spam too it to give it that meaty flavor and my husband and family love it!

Last time? Probably about 1998 or so. First and last time. I made a soup out of it for the restaurant. It went over really well since I gave it another name that didn't indicate that the meat was actually Spam Lite. Heh.

Spam is also called Luncheon Meat.
I like it fried in slices. Used for sandwiches or eat with rice.
For fried rice, cut spam into cubes and add to rice when frying.

Last weekend. Sliced & fried with rice & some fried eggs.
I also like to coat a whole brick of spam with some jam (any type according to your taste) and bake in the oven. It's delicious! It comes out like a mini glazed ham.

I ate SPAM yesterday ! It is like Luncheon Meat. I use it with Velveeta Macaroni & Cheese dinner , prepare mac & cheese as directed, then cut SPAM into cubes, add to mac & cheese , place into a 9x12
My Family really likes it alot ! :) :)
You can also add diced onions or some veggies to it , it's all a matter of preference !

I ate spam when I was pregnant with my second daughter, even though I hate it, that's what I wanted. I ate it fried, on bread...so disgusting.

I have never knowingly eaten Spam. I just can't bring myself to do it.
