Hi, Prabhirdas. Ignorance between the communities can be banished when they are properly educated individually and well treated socially. In the modern times, we find wilful ignorance which is difficult to be removed.

Banishing ignorance is like damming a dry river bed or pumping water out of a dry lake. Willful ignorance requires a teachable heart, which comes by full contact with the consequences of one's actions for a full realization of one's intellectual underdevelopment. Natural ignorance is the inability to understand, typically by philosophical disonance, which requires empathy to understand new worldviews and premises. Immature ignorance is simply the result of a lack of experience, and is easily solved by the introduction of the experiences.

All ignorance requires the uncomforable task of learning in full knowledge of one's incompetencies. This is best assisted by a supporting and trusted guide to catalyze and enrich the growing process in a fun and entertaining way (a comedian's greatest talent). This decision to be teachable always lies with the individual and requires an interest in the subject, namely the community in this case..

To start from where we are: our house, garden, street, neighbor... I've been told by one my colleague from Serbia, that they have made one very interested project in one evening children's club in Kosovo. Some NGO organized this club to provide the classes of English, dance, art, ceramic... to both Serbian and Albanian children. Since those were usually very small kids, their parents were obliged to take them to and from the club and were usually waiting in the lobby until the class is finished. The Albanian and Serbian people in Kosovo are traditionally in conflict, building a great stereotypes about each-other and usually don't communicate. This time, those parents who were waiting their kids in front of the classrooms, were together, forced to see each other, forced to take care about their kids and consequently, forced to communicate between each-other. It had some very hopeful results. People who traditionally didn't know much about each-other started to break the silence, to release the tensions and even to become friends. So, I think help cannot come from the outside, from above, but exactly from one's very close surrounding. Politicians are not so powerful like people can be. If we give a total power to politicians, than we are becoming the victims of manipulations, interests and conflicts.
