None of the vitamines will make you gain weight.

I usually go for Centrum performance since it contains all your need in one pill: daily value of vitamines and minerals.
You will feel energized in a week after starting taking it. We don't get enough not just vitamines but microelements with our food daily so it would be a good choice.
Be careful with many different supplements. Some of them might already content one or two vitamines or elements and you will have overdose of it. It will affect your health though.
If you will take multivitamines don't take separate C or any other extra stuff. It would be too much.

Good luck

I am under the assumption that you are taking three different vitamins

Boots Multivitamin
Boots A-Z vitamin
Boots Vitamin C

When I look these vitamins up Boots A-Z is already some kind multivitamin. So here I am thinking you don’t need to be taking two kinds of Multivitamins. You don’t want to do that.

I reread your post to make sure I didn’t miss understand so there is a possibility you really mean to say you were taking Boots brand of vitamins and you were saying you were taking

Boots A-Z and a Boots Vitamin C. These would be okay to take.

Taking vitamins will not make you gain weight.

The concern with vitamin C is that you can probably do with out it because you’re multivitamin may have enough C for you to take. If you have around 100 mg of C in your multi you really don’t need the C tablet.

To take some extra C vitamins is a matter of choice. Some people feel like taking extra C’s chases away the common cold and or protect them from cancer.

Your tolerable limit for vitamin C is around 2,000 mg a day.

I am rather disappointed that the web site for Boots did not show the supplement facts on the vitamins so I am going to shoot in the dark and say they are pretty much like the One Source multivitamin from Wal-Mart or like the One a Day multivitamin and say just the multivitamin is enough to take.

Vitamins will not make you gain weight. However, I wouldnt think youd need to take all 3 supplements. Taking too much of some vitamins can be harmful over time. Check the labels for what percentage of your RDA each supplement gives you. Also, eating veg is a good idea, but your diet could be low in iron, so make sure you include veg like broccoli

I don't think you need all those! Did you ask the pharmacist? I don't think it is harmful to have too much of a vitamin, but I think you only absorb a certain amount, and the excess passes straight through and out via your urine! So a waste of money therefore!

I would imagine if you are eating sensibly, you are not likely to need many extra vitamins. Sounds like you are getting plenty of veg! You need some carbohydrate with your tea! Eat some fruit too and I think you are covered! Haven't the multi vitamins got pretty much everything in that you would need?

Eat slowly! This allows your stomach to signal to you that you are full! Most naturally slim people eat slowly & chew their food.

Take the A-Z once a day- should give you all the vitamins and minerals you need.

Only take the other 2 supplements once a week- you can have too much vit c and vit a.

You will not put weight on with the supplements.

Make sure you get enough protein too- pulses, eggs eaten in moderation, skinless turkey or chicken or some oily fish or white fish such as cod are good.

If you live in the U.S. There is a special tonight on tv regarding the billions of dollars we spend on supplements.. I believe Katie Coric(not sure about her last name spelling) is doing the special. You might want to watch it.. Vitamins don't make you put weight on. Your better getting your vitamins from the foods you eat.. but if not possible then you supplement. Personally, I use a multi-vitamin daily and eat the best I can.. I never eat fast foods. I do eat some junk once in awhile, but not on a regular basis. Eat lot's of green leafy veggies.. fresh fruits, lean proteins or even beans, lentils etc.. I do drink non-fat milk.. lot's of water. The foods you mentioned are good..but eat a variety of foods from the major food groups..

You seem a little to deicated to loosing weight as health conscious as it may be, the thing I do is ask myself if I would treat another human being the way I treat myself - this usually keeps me on a even keel. Yes take the vitamins but be gentle with yourself too, exercise eats sensibly! Good luck

I guess it's alright to take vitamins to supplement your diet, and they shouldn't be able to add on to your weight. Good luck.
