Exit Laguardia at Ground Transportation, take the M60 bus into Manhattan. Get off on 125st/ Lenox Avenue. Go into Lenox Avanue Subway and take 2 train downtown to 42 street/ Port Athourity. Go into the Port Athourity and catch a New Jersey Transit bus to the Airport. Will cost you about $11 and 1.5 hours. The quickest if you research and sync your schedules. Allow 15-25 minutes for the 2 train portion of your trip.

There are no subways that go to LGA. You have either hire a cab (which is expensive), or take a bus to Astoria, pick up the N or W, take that to 34th street, walk across to Penn Station, and take the New Jersey Transit train to Newark. There also might be a bus that goes directly to midtown from LGA, I've never flown into LGA, only Newark.

See if they offer ground transportation at the airport directly to Newark. Quite often there's either van or bus service you can take from the airport.

no, there's no subway that even goes directly to LaGuardia. There IS a bus company that goes to all the major airports, so you could go between the two. There is a page telling you how you can do it bus-wise.
