Probably just an after-effect of sleeping or dreaming. I sometimes see a green/yellow ring in my vision when tired or after rubbing my eyes, and I sometimes see small bright spots in my vision when very tired.
I found a report from the 1960s of patients with retinal artery occlusion seeing blue spots, but it's not very likely to be that. If you're worried, see an optician.
