Is it wrong to fool around with sister in laws sister; or a sister's best friend? i mean, nothing to serious, but they're always around and i'm always around. its a little weird, but its kinda funny too.

Technically, there is no problem dating or marrying these people (according to the laws of forbidden relationships specified in the scriptures).
I wouldn't recommend casual fooling around with them though. If there are hard feelings down the road, it will drive a wedge between you and your sisters-in-law and probably also your brothers.
I recommend that you try to find a girl with whom you can have a serious, committed relationship.
In the long run, fooling around will just get you into trouble.

when it comes to relationships, you shouldn't fool around unless your intentions are right. they might be using you, and you'd get hurt. or, they might be the ones who'll feel the hurt.. soemone will be left with tears, one way or the other..
