If you haven't tried either one, why not try the Phisoderm first? I have used it before and it works really well for oil control and breakouts. It will be much less expensive and you can get it at the store without having to find a Mary Kay rep. Then if you need to, you can try the Mary Kay later.

Mary Kay all the way!!!!
Read the ingredients on phisoderm and you will have your answer.
Mary Kay has been around much longer, is proven, and offers a 100% refund if you are dissatisfied.
For the poster who said it made her skin peel, you most likely did not use the mary kay product long enough to let it help your skin recover (and rebuild) from using other products. it can take about 3 weeks (that is if you use it correctly and every single day) for your skin to get rid of all of the negative affects of lesser skin care. A few of my customers broke out a bit when they first use and now have some of the most beautiful skin I have ever seen!

Either is ok to use as I believe they both have lines for oily skin. If you are working on a budget, use Phisoderm b/c you can get it the stores. You can't do that with Mary Kay. My experience with Mary Kay is that it is overrated. Neutrogena works just as well or even better I'd say. Also consider your diet.... that might be affecting your skin. Hope this helps!

I have sensitive facial skin, and a short pocket, I would choose the phisoderm, I am also in health care. For my own face I keep my hands off, use next to no make-up and clean my face with plain water. I drink at least 32 to 40 ozs of water today. When I do use make up I take it off with Vaseline & wash with dove soap nothing more. I have oily areas as well. I eat what I want and still have very few eruptions of any kind.

Umm...Well, I have oily skin and acne. I had a Mary Kay consultant and I got the Basic Skin Care set and a foundation. The foundation felt waaay to thick and clogging. I used the face wash and lotion every night and I kid you not, my face was peeling. Huge pieces of skin! Probably about an inch long! It was awful. I wasn't used to it. I think makeup and skin care should feel natural. Try phisoderm. If neither of those work, try Jafra! It's great!:)(jafra.com)
