if your in school, leave it in your locker...
If it is at your house, in the open, aren't you going to constantly wonder if someone "just happens to pop it in"??? I would rather take the chance hiding it somewhere (even if it isn't in your room). Do you have an unfinished basement that nobody goes into? Somewhere that nobody would go....

put the name of a movie or something that they hate and would never be interested in,for my parents would "Lord of the Rings" or something like that.
