o, god, i really wonder where di all those people come from and why re they even giving so stupid and DANGEROUS advices. first of all u should have asked your doctor. and your doctor would have told u - if u had fever so u go to gym after u get well plus all days u had fever. if u had 2 days fever u go to gym after 2 days afte u get well. it means u feel completely healthy and well and u don't go to gym for 2 days anyway. weight training and cold re serious matters. u might get a hell lot of complications - first of all your sickness will return, second lots of neurological complications and if u had a virus and it is still in the body it can get in you rheart and then u will say bye to gym for many years. so if u re on antibiotics now it means u had inflammation. i strongly suggest if u don't want to ask your doctor at least wait till u finish taking th antibiotic. and u might also read on internet about cold and physical exercises

I personally would have been going to do light wordouts even through the cold, you can take a day or two off, but unless you have like a flu or something you should be safe going back to the gym whenever you feel youve regained your strength.... But if your at the gym and you don't feel like you can do it, wait another day or so.

If you are feeling OK in yourself then theres no reason not to do a light workout, but make sure you dont overdo it and keep well hydrated during the workout.
When the antibiotics are finished give it a day or so before you start building back to your original levels;

You could go as soon as you feel in the condition to do so, disgregarding the azitromicine treatment. It usually takes three to five days. The thing you have to watch is the fact that you could make other people in the gym sick, so carry tissues with you and cover your nose whenever you feel like sneezing.
when you exersice your body release endorphines, which are the feeling good drug. So go ahead!

You should be able to go now as long as you feel ok. Just do half of your normal excercise and work up from there.
This is only if you have been on your medication for 24 hours or more!
