This girl I see at her work fairly often seems to be very interested in me and looks at me frequently. Even though I have been with someone else she continues to look my way. I would like to get to know her. Do you think she would ever approach me when with another woman or do I just need to find a way to talk to her when we are by ourselves?

Don't be too sure, just becuase she looks at you it doesn't mean she likes you, she could be starring thinking "Man, that guy has wierd hair" or something.

Don't flatter yourself. She probably has heard stories about how you are in bed. Probably worthless like most guys your age are.
