Single is good if your really social, goodlooking and got a lot of game that way when you go out or go somewhere you can just easily score or get a date qiuck. Me I'm a kinda goodlooking guy with a nice body but don't like being around a lot of people all the time and don't really got a good game plan so its good for me to stay in a relationship. Basically if your really hot or very outgoing be single its fun. For the quiet folks who are lazy or like just cuddling up at home and don't need a lot of attention you should be in a relationship. If you just want sex which is what I only used to want then be single.

It depends where you are at in life. I'm 26. I have a girlfriend, but I remember the 3 months I was single, I was miserable and when I got into a relationship, I was happy until we had started fighting.
Both statuses have their advantages. I love my girlfriend, but if I were single again, it wouldn't bother me because I could do what I want, when I want, and not have to worry about what the other person is thinking or doing.

i am already married; i know it`s not in your question, but i wanted to share to my opinion about your question if being single will be good for a person. At the age of 18 i got married, i never tought that i`ll be going to get marry at that age because when i was more younger, i got scared to get married; to be hurt actually. So it`s like having a gf or bf, there are risks that we all have to go/feel/ make before any happiness or achievements...sometimes because of having a relationship, life can be more happy and interesting, and sometimes it might give you a little more problems and pains. You just have to follow your heart, never think of what your mind`s telling you...or don`t be afraid to face those fears in having a relationship...even if you choose to be alone, there are still risks and pains that you will have, for sure!
It is good to have someone to rely on, somebody you can have a quarell with
In the end your heart will tell you the answer to these questions...listen to it....just a friendly advice!!!

I will never get married, or be in a relationship. The girls I sleep with know this before we have sex. I enjoy being single. I make a lot of money and I like to have a good time without having to worry about hurting someone with the things I do.

Single people have the most fun,because they always care for them self and they always know how to be independent. But on the other hand, if your with someone it is always a nice thing to know that there is someone out there, that cares about you and will always be there for you in your time of need. But if you are able to find that security within yourself you will have more fun being single.

As the old saying goes, "It's better to be alone for the right reasons than with someone for the wrong reasons".
And I believe that. I am married and happily so, but had no problem being on my own before as opposed to being with a jackhole.

Just a couple of axioms..
1. Single people put to much emphasis on "getting" another person.
2. Too much sex, too early in relationships.
3. Married folks don't put marriage first, - and neglect their relationship.
Me? I'm in my mid-40's with a set of young twins at home.

I am not a what....I am a who. When you can start thinking of yourself as a who, then your whole perspective will change. When you think of who are you, you will realise you are a real live person....not a thing. When you think of who you are, you will finally realise that you are thinking about yourself, not what others expect of you. You need to find out who you are first to decide what you are prepared to accept in this life. Find out who you really are, then you will know what will make you ultimately happy.

sounds like you should be alone for a while, being with someone seems to cause you tension and that is really not the point of a relationship!
