I am trying to learn Hebrew and I have learned a lot. I speak very naturally but I need to aquire more words. I think I know something like 2000 words. Thats not enough

vocabulary takes time. I just try to make sure that i am constantly exposed to the language in some form or other, and then slowly new words and phrases stick in my head. I guess to do this you kind of have to keep your ears open and really listen...

When you get to start reading then your vocabulary really improves, but that is difficult until you get to a certain level.

I think you should visit websites, read books and listen to programmes in hebrew, that way you might pick up some new phrases. Also, talking to someone else who knows hebrew can increase you vocabulary, just make sure you use the new words so that you will remember them!

read books in hebrew as much as u can write down all new words and expressions and try to use them.and check the dictionaries where u can find the meaning of the words so it can help u a lot too

Read as much as possible and check the dictionary for any new words you come across. I know this is tedious but it really is the only way to broaden your vocabulary.

No, since you are studying Hebrew do not stop there. Go from there to another language. WE never stop learning. Study the dictionary from cover to cover.

Try to talk to people in hebrew. you can learn more. My friends batmitzvah was just yesterday. They took lessons from a hebreew school.
