A 'friend of mine' is interested in increasing her breast size and getting a little tummy tuck done now that she has had twins. Living in the Carolinas, she is not sure what to expect as it relates to the cost. Any help on what she would expect is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Do a search online, and call around your local area, it will vary. A friend of a friend here in FL had a lift and fill done a year or so ago and it set her back $10K, so just implants would probably run $5K or so...lower in some areas of the country, higher in some areas...
Get good references from whatever doc she chooses...don't just go for the cheapest...a botched breast job could leave her with "Franken-boobs"

First of, tell your 'friend' to make sure she has her implants placed under her chest muscles, especially if she may have more children. And not to bother with the tummy tuck until then either. Having the best doctor who is certified with the ASPS is more important than the price. You only have one body. She must research this diligently!!

$3500 to $10000, depending upon the extent of the surgery. I'm basing this on the rates in Texas; the tummy tuck itself will run about $4000.

In the UK breat implants on average cost £4,000. You can get them done abroad for cheaper and have aholiday at the same time, but i wouldn't recommend it as i've heard stories of the going wrong

I got mine in 2001 in Northern VA & they were $5750. It is all about researching the best doctor NOT the price! I went to the Austin/Weston Center in Northern VA. If you google it they are there. Great people! =)

"Her" best bet is to find a Sugar Daddy. Trade some 'favors' for the implants.
Anna Nicole Smith was very good at this.
