i wish i could eat healthier for lunch! all the places around my work are garbage junk food, and packing a lunch takes a lot of dedication. i go through phases where i will pack a lunch (usually soup, or a salad) but it's hard. i would definately hit up a salad bar if we had one close... even a good deli sandwich is hard to find it seems.

Usually, it'll be fast food. Yes, I am ashamed but it is the fastest thing to get when on a timed lunch break from work. I do try to get the salads but they just don't seem to appetizing to me. That is those fast food salads.
I guess I would eat a healthier lunch if I had more time.

I had a bereto for lunch however I would like to eat better. Its sad that the things that are bad for you to eat are more readily available than healthy food.

I usually bring lunch from home and, at the moment it's Slimfast or a yogurt with lots of fruit. Sandwiches are good and I have them more as a treat while I'm at work (particularly good smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels from the sandwich bar round the corner from work). Wish we had an on site canteen as I would certainly eat there.

Yes, I would eat a healthy lunch, and do most of the time. I LOVE salads and do eat them for lunch. I also enjoy a variety of soups, sandwiches and yogurt.

I try to eat a sandwich, fruit/veggie and tortilla chips and salsa. I usually bring a granola bar for a snack later. I try to make this my norm so that I can hit a bunch of food groups all in one meal and still eat relatively low fat. I am a teacher and unforutnatly, I have 25 minutes to woof down food, touch base with colleagues, deal with student issues and not get indigestion. It's a rough lunch!

yes, but i get fed up with bread all the time, today I had soup and bread !!! (no wonder I'm fed up with it) if I'm organised I'd bring in the makings of a tuna salad, if I'm lazy I go across the road and spend nearly €5 on a roll. Not worth it at all. I never have anything else, such as bars or crisps. And I finished it off with coffee, I'm just going to make myself one now

I always pack a lunch of an apple, a bottled water, and either a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or a container of dinner leftovers from the night before. My lunches are actually pretty healthy, for the most part.

Pasta is good for lunch though if there was like a fruit or salad bar in my school I would use that!

I like to eat salads at restaurants when they have a salad bar. If it were more convenient, I'd eat them all the time!
