Will he just pass it? Will there be no underlying dangers? He swallowed it yesterday and my friend told me not to worry. Physically he is ok, a very happy baby.

He will likely pass it. If he starts throwing up, it may be lodged in his intestines somewhere and he needs medical attention. When my brother was 5 he swallowed a block of leggo, the longer kind, and he passed that LOL! I am sure he will be ok. Good luck!

Probably be OK but puleeezzz, if you have a health concern with your child, call a doctor first . Have you actually read some of the stupid questions and answers on here ? After something serious happens is too late to figure out that the dope on Yahoo Answers didn't know what they were talking about.

Have you called poison control. Do you know what the tape is made out of, how about what is the sticky stuff made of?

Did you stop to think about what might happen if it gets stuck in his esophagus? Could cause lots of problems. My daughter swallowed a penny, and we didn't know it for days, she had a cold too. She wasn't eating and we thought is was because she didn't feel good. We took her to the doctor who was concerned about her congestion and took x-rays, that is how we found the penny, lodged in her esophagus.

TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THE DOCTOR WITH A SAMPLE OFTHE TAPE. GET A MEDICAL OPINION.

DON'T PLAY WITH YOUR CHILDS LIFE.

He'll be fine. He'll pass it in a couple of days. My son swallowed 3 pennies when he was small and everything turned out fine.

1. Why don't you call his Dr. and get a professional opinion? 2. Baby-proof your home
