I love Italian, Chinese, and Japanese food. Mexican food is okay, but I tire of it quickly. I think my favorite is Puerto Rican food, for two reasons: 1) I'm Puerto Rican and 2) Its based on rice, beans, and bread- three of my favorite foods.

A special kind of fish soupe (in romanian named "Bors de peste")
made from fres water fish, vegetables and green leaves.
The receipe is simple: you need several freh water species of fish - especialy the heads
The vegetables are boiled and in this soupe you must boil the fish in the end.
The fish is served with a garlic souce, made from sunflower oil, vinegar, garlic and salth.
The soupe is served afher the fish.

I like Mexican (love the vegan tacos I make), Chinese (love rice and vegetables and stir fry), and Italian (love pasta), but I also love French bread and I still like American stuff.
