I want a simple converting method to convert PST into EST

Add three hours. Right now it's 6:21AM on the west coast and 9:21 on the east coast.

There's a 3 hour difference between pst and est. 11:35 to 12:30 pst --- would be: 2:35 to 3:30 est

Hawaii is 2 hrs. behind California, so if it is 5pm here in hawaii, it is 7pm in Ca. that is on standard time. The time between Ca. and New York is 4 hrs. difference, so you are looking at 6hrs. difference, between Hawaii, and New York.If it is 5pm in Hawaii, it is 11pm, in N. Y. It does change when daylight savings time occurs,then there is 3 hours difference, between Ca. amd Hawaii, because Hawaii, does not change to daylight savings time. So basically , to convert PST to EST, JUST ADD 6 HRS.Aloha
