I love this site. It has motivated me in a way that I have never been before. I lost 15 in 2 months. It has helped me by motivating me and also by being able to talk to others that are in the same boat as well. And ofcouse its free. The being able to track your food intake and exercise is the best feature for me because it lets me know my progress and helps me decide/learn my limits.

I have just started with it. I think it is helpful keeping track of what you eat and how much you exercise. It takes the guess work out of calorie counting and everything. The blog page is good for venting your frustrations or successes, too.
