I need help from a doctor or women who have this!!!!!?

Hi. I have found out that I have a blood disorder called thrombophilia or Leidon factor 5. I want to take birth control but I know I cant because of the hormones and stuff in it. Does anyone know of an alternative or does anyone have any information that can help me?

ask your doctor about spermicides if you can use them and which ones work best.

It is called condoms.
