I am not fat at all. I am not even chubby or a little big. I am just pretty tall for my age, which means i am one of those girls who are tall, skinny, and athletic like a model (i have gotten that from a lot of people). The only problem is that i am really athletic which means i work out alot and play sports almost everyday. I am not as thin as the models and other girls that have my body shape. I have a pretty flat stomach with like a two pac. My legs are like medium sized, they do look good in a bikini or any swimsuit cuz u gotta show your legs in them. All I want to know is how can i tone up really fast, and look more like a model type body (i am looking into modeling for local places). If you look at Jessica Alba's body!!!
She is soooo hot! Why can't i look like that!! Any suggestions?

Love your own body. The biggest problem with the media these days is that they portray perfect bodies that are impossible to attain. All the pictures you are looking at are airbrushed. People come in all shapes and sizes in real life. Be yourself.

Morgan, please try to appreciate the way you are...you sound fantastic and after 3 children I would KILL to wear a bikini again. However, I am working on it with the Tae Bo Boot Camp regime. I used it before and looked killer! I have had surgery recently and have spent months lying on my couch, so as soon as I am able I will begin the Tae Bo again. I have heard from many people that they have used "lots" of ways to tone up fast and that Tae Bo is the best. I have to agree. You can get the Tae Bo Cardio workout (among a couple of others) from Walmart for about $12. Not only that, but if you know the story behind Billy Blanks, he is such an inspiration that you will actually feel better mentally after you work out with him. I swear this is true! Search his website and read about him, very interesting.

My advice to you: DO NOT compare yourself to other girls! You will drive yourself crazy and it is totally unrealistic to want to look like them. Most of those models that I see have nothing to them. Even the Victoria's Secret models are way too thin...and their boobs are stuffed and taped to look bigger (with the exception on Tyra!) You sound like you are in great shape as it is.

In order to look like famous celebrities such as Jessica Alba, you are going to have to decrease your body fat percentage significantly. This means increasing lean muscle mass by incorporating weight training, and severely decreasing the amount of fat/processed food you take in. If you read about the diets of these stars you will find they all list: grilled fish/chicken, fruits and vegetables/salads, as their main diet. So if you are willing to make this sacrifice you can do it. The safest way is under the guidance of a trainer and doctor. However, before you undergo this drastic route, as you have said it is not your regular body type, I would take a hard look and ask if it is not worth it to be healthy and live a more moderate and healthy lifestyle, especially as you are only a teenager, and still growing. These celebrities we all admire have a whole team of people helping them: chefs, personal trainers, assistants, etc. I would talk to people close to me such as my parents, coaches, doctors, before deciding to undergo any kind of strict and potentially very un-healthy regime. It may very well be that your body is not meant to look exactly like that, and if that is an unhealthy body type/weight for you, it is definitely not worth your health. Toning up a bit while still eating balanced meals may be the way to go. Take care! Also realize that many of the photos are very air-brushed and so the images are not realistic.

Visit a local gym, join on the condition;

They provide you a free consultation, work out a program that suits you from a professional personal instructor. They can implement programs for you to target your physical objectives.

Ensure you remain positive, patient and watch yourself develop into what you want to look like.

You sound great to me anyway, Most girls would love to have a figure like you. Just stay the way you are, keep exercising and eat healthy, but please don't turn to size zero cause that looks ugly!

sounds to me you don't have an agly body... anyhow... if you want to tone you need to do some weights in your workout.... not heavy weights.... Example: do leg extensions 2 sets of 12-15 reps... do more reps... hope this works and don't forget to do cardio
