I think that is about to be a long conversation. Me personally, I would have to sit there, evaluate the friendship and wether or not that you were the type of guy that I would like to be in a relationship with. Not offensively though, some people are just meant to be friends and thats all. I know because I have crossed that line and made that mistake before. But if you are just asking about exclusiveness then that would be my answer, and if I was really feeling you, in my mind I would be like"finally!" Good luck with the girl!
