It could be gas or it could be your appendix. If the thought of food makes you feel like throwing up then you might want to get your appendix checked.

This could be a number of things: a duodenal ulcer or gall stones among the top possibilities. If you feel a sudden, stabbing or tightening pain in that area that causes nausea and then, after vomiting, persists only a short while and then goes away, you are likely looking at gallstones. If the burning or nausea occurs before eating, or about 2 hours after eating, you may be looking at a duodenal ulcer (the duodenum is the tract that connects the bottom part of your stomach with the small intestine).
It could also be a pulled muscle, if it doesn't cause nausea.

could be anything from a pulled muscle to (if its a burn feeling) acid reflux or an ulcer or just gas. It can also be nerves that connect to it. See a doctor definitely!

Try massaging your tummy. It could be a bit of trapped wind. The massage will release the wind & you should feel better. xxx

It "could" be a lot of things, but you should check with your doctor to find out what it actually is.
