Hi, I think you'll be ok now. I've had bad turns like that before and no harm has come to me, maybe you drank too much water combined with a dodgy pill? Your prob really paranoid now too on a come down. If you are really worried maybe best to have a chat with them but I think you'll be ok. x

I'm not going to lecture you - my daughter used to take them too. I would say that if all the symptoms you describe have now gone then the stuff is out of your system and you'll be okay. However, if there is anything still not right - from sweating through to strong urine - I would go to the doctors just to be safe. As you already know, there is no knowing what is in a bad pill or what damage it may do. I know theres no point in telling you you're silly blah blah coz if your mates are doing it chances are you will too - just ne careful heh and only take stuff from a dealer you know to be okay and preferably one who takes his own pills. If you can not take them that would be best because as yet nobidy knows the long term damage of pills and I do know my daughter and her mates suffered depression really badly after stopping the pills. Good luck love and be careful xxxxx

The pills were probably laced with something else like cocaine or acid, sometimes this can happen to people who take dodgy pills. Taking Ecstasy does damage to your body anyway no matter whether it was dodgy or not, so if you go to your doc he'll just tell you that you are damaging your body anyway and advise you to not take any more drugs.
Just stay healthy for the next few days, drink a lot of water as you can get very dehydrated from pills, eat vegetables and healthy foods, and get lots of sleep. You should start feeling better in the next week or so, as you've probably got the after effects from the pills, and you may get a bit of minor depression.
If you're still not feeling too well after this week then do go to your doctor, but please ne careful with what you take, its not always safe out there.

Hi Donna - well, as everyone else has said, you were bloody silly taking that stuff but youve done it now so not much you can do. As youre feeling OK now, I wouldnt think youve done any major damage to your system. However, I think a trip to the docs would be a great idea as you dont know what was in the pills to make you that sick. Dont be worried, the doctors have seen it all before. Take care and I hope youre OK. Bex xx

It's pointless lecturing you about the dangers of drugs as you've already done it!! See your G.P as you may have done some damage to your body although you are feeling OK now. No doubt you will get the full 'drugs are dangerous' speech but for your own peace of mind having a check up is a good idea.

I think you may still be feeling a bit paranoid, thats usually a sign that there are some drugs you'd be better avoiding.
Instead of seeing your gp see if theres a drug helpline near where you live, they'll be more clued up than your gp.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids and eat healthily over the next few days, and take it easy.

See how you go in the next couple of days. Even "so called" best pills can end up making you shaky and paranoid. Depends on the mood you were in when u took thm. Id advise not to take pills anymore anyway as i did and has buggered up my life. (paranoia ect) hope this helps

You should stick to ones you know and trust, from people you know and trust, and remember to try them out in low does (don't be afraid to start off with HALF a pill). Most drugs generally do do low level damage to your body, sounds like it just hit you hard. I'm guessing you took more than one.. they might have been stronger than you had been prepared for? Otherwise mixing them with alcohol is usually a bad idea and they hit you harder than normal then too.

You should go and see your doctor just to be sure. Do not worry about it getting back to your family, it is all confidential by law. you have now experienced first hand what a dodgy pill can be capable of and to be honest you got off lightly, it could have killed you. I would seek some advice or conselling to get off the Ecstasy before it is too late.
