"Emit" - Cornish for foreigner/anyone who isn't Cornish. "Grockle" is the Devonish equivelent.
"I'll be there dreckly" - means I'm busy, but I'll get round to it when I can (...later today or maybe tomorrow, depends how things go)
"sloan" - the "daddy bought me a yacht types". Usually seen wearing a rugby shirt and pashmina.
"Yo, boy" - greeting
"alright my handsome" - greeting

By the way, your saying is impressive. Where does it come from/originate?

Bugger me with a spoon (From Black Adder reruns)
I'll be switched (Irish originality, I think)
Fark it (From Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy)
I guess I have nothing original, all the good ones have been taken!

Well blow me down a wormhole with a broomstick bent in half!

If you fall out of that tree and break your leg, don't come running to me!
