No for both. The option for crabs is that you can get them from public bathrooms and sexual contact but never from just sitting next to someone. Herpes is only spread by sexual contact as well. Don't be scared of people that have these STDs they are not bad people they just got trapped with something unwanted.

If someone has crabs they need to disinfect their entire house because those f*ckers get around.
