Yes - very strongly. It can lower blood sugars imediately but also later in the day and through the night. It affects different people differently - I find that it really seems to stabilise my blood sugars for up to 24 hours! If you're using insulin or I think there's a tablet that also lowers blood sugar in a similar way, remember that you're at risk of a hypo - check you blood sugar before and after exercise, and during if you need to. It can have unexpected effects on your blood sugar even if you do it regularly. The other thing to remember is that if your blood sugar is very high or you have keetones, don't exercise as it can increase your blood sugar and further dehydrate you in this situation. As long as you're safe and have no other conditions exercise is great and very worthwhile!

Exercise is the main control link associated with diabetes. Diet is the next most important. Check with your Doctor to verify how much exercise you will be permitted to control Blood sugar levels and if it will work. Some Diabetics are unable to exercise so mitigating circumstances will require different Diabetic procedure to maintain Blood sugars. Any exercise is good exercise. Ask your Doctor and find out what is right for you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It sure can. I know a woman who has type 1 and goes on plays tennis every Wednesday morning, and she has her breakfast, but the exercise lowers the blood sugar so much, she doesn't have to have any insulin.

Exercise is a type 2 diabetics best friend.Walk fast after you eat for 1/2 hour ,then take a reading.Pushups,weightlifting,etc...The more you do(right after you eat) of any exercise that gets your heart working for 30 minutes or longer the better. There is a side effect however. You might have to get your doctor to lower or eliminate meds.

Exercise is a great way to lower BSL's. If you have a problem with diabetes start pounding the pavement and you will notice the difference. I have diet controlled diabetes and once I began exercising I would take my BSL before the walk and after and the difference was surprising. You have got nothing to lose if you start exercising!! Diabetes does not have to be controlled strictly by drugs making lifestyle changes which includes exercise and losing weight will effectively control your diabetes i.e lower your BSL. You may need to be on medication in the short term but continue to exercise it is all good.
