It could be just a over hang from the initial Bell's palsy attack. However we are not qualified to say if you are or not relapsing.
The only sure way of finding out is if you see your doctor for a full assessment.
Hopefully your not having a relapse. But you must rest when you can and try not to become to stressed.
Good luck

Bell's palsy is sudden, idiopathic, unilateral peripheral 7th cranial nerve palsy. Symptoms are hemifacial paresis involving the upper and lower face. There are no specific tests for diagnosis. Treatment may include corticosteroids, lubrication of the eye, and intermittent use of an eye patch.
The likely association of Bell's palsy with the herpes virus has led most American neurologists to prescribe a course of anti-viral medication (such as acyclovir) to all patients with unexplained facial palsy.
Please see the web pages for more details on Bell's Palsy.

I feel your pain.
I have suffered through 3 major attacks over the last 18 years, each lasting longer and leaving more residual effects.
If you feel that odd sensation that only you can describe, I encourage you to visit your care provider and get on some therapy.
I have had successful treatments of steroids.
Good luck.
