i was diagnosed with clamydia...and clamydia affects your reproductive system...so the doctor gave me antimedicine to cure it and it did....so then 2 weeks later they did a diagnosed on my urine to check for tests...and i asked my doctor if i could have babys and he said yes...can it be detected in urine??

If caught in the early stages of the disease, then your should not have any problems becoming pregnant in the future. Was your partner tested and treated too?
The urine test your doctor did was to check if the anti-bio-tics cleared the chlamydia infection, but urine test can not detect if you can have children.
To prevent STD infections use latex or polyurethane condoms, and when your ready to have children then insure you and your partner are free from any STD's, before trying for a baby.

He probably said yes because the medicine cured you of clamydia. The urine test came back negative indicating you were cured of clamydia. So he assumed that if you remain healthy, then you can have babies later.

I think I get what you are asking. Urine can tell a doctor if you are pregnant but NO urine cant tell the doctor if you are able to get pregnant. In order to find our if the chlamydia as affected you to the point to where it has caused damage then your doctor has to run some test on you. I hope this helps..

WHAT? They did a diagnosed on my urine to check for tests.......WHAT?! sorry you had a std but i am not sure what else your asking or want to know! Can what be detected in urine an std or if your pregnant? confused! YES they can detect pregnancy by your urine if that is what you are asking!

including pregnancy or aids actually.!
in a hospital, you may need to have your laboratory examination
which includes urinary test, fecalysis, x-ray test, etc.
but there is new technology now,
you can buy pregnancy test in a drug store.
here in the philippines,its cost P50(pesos) and above.
you may have your privacy if you use pregnancy test.
you just have a little urine and youi
will know if your positive or negative pregnant.!

Yes. In the hospital or doctors office they have you pee in a cup to have it checked. In home pregnancy tests (HPT), you pee on a stick and read the results.
