This is very urgent. It could be a heart attack.
If it isn't, a lot of these symptoms can actually be caused by significant stress from work. If you've been feeling bogged down by work lately, you might want to take a look and figure out what is the source of the stress.
Did you take on too many projects? Is a co-worker getting on your case? Have you disappointed your boss? Do you feel like you're not successful enough at work?
There are many factors to take into account. If you analyze the problems properly and accurately, you should be able to find the answer and solve it, reducing the stress and thus the pain on your body. Self improvement goes a long way.

You are amazing, It's inconceivable to me the question you have asked here on yahoo answers,
This is a question only your doctor and proper testing can answer, Your first responsibility is for your own health, Your problem should be addresses as soon as possible, It isn't going away and the worst that can happen is death.
Sorry to be so blunt but yahoo answers cannot diagnose your problem. Medical attention is your only option.

Without examining you and running tests there is no way someone on here can have a clue what is going on. If you are feeling that poorly then go to urgent care or ER and get this checked out.

Yeah, it sounds like an emergency alright. In fact, it sounds just like a heart attack. You need to go to the hospital.

I felt like that when I was having arrythmias. How come you are not seeing your cardiologist and asking him these questions? You need to.
