As mentioned on here, kids love fruit of all kinds, so that is always a good choice. Also, they all seem to love chicken nuggets.

We are talking about little kids, so what do all little kids like? Hot dogs, and potatoe chips, cheese curls, icecream, punch or capri sun juices, and the birthday cake of course! Don't forget the games, the prizes for the winners, and the goodie bags to take home after the party! and goodnight nurse! it's over.

serve food that is age appropriate. Such as, things that the children will not normal get choked on or would slide down their throats easily when when. since there will be grown up there as well as children you may want to consider having things for adults, and smaller children. Also remember, you are not feed these people their meals, Just keep is simple safe and fun. It does not take much to impress small children.

How about little sandwiches? Ham & cheese, or whatever is easy to chew, on bread sliced into 1/4ths.
They're probably gonna have their mind on the "goodies" and playing anyway though , so not much else is really needed.

1 year crowd:
100% juice punch
cheese cubes
Meat slices
apple slices (no skin)
raisins
gold fish crackers
grapes (offer whole and cut grapes since some little ones can choke on them)
melon wedges (watermelon cantaloupe)
I would suggestion the "Normal" stuff for everyone else.
A tray that has cheese and cold cuts with crackers and maybe a little herb sauce can go for both the toddler and the adult crowd.
A nice fruit tray with the grapes and melon wedges- again- works for both.

You should have fruit, chicken nuggets, french fries etc. Any way just cook what he usually eats like hotdogs for example some 1 year olds eat hot dogs cut up for them.
Good Luck with your grandsons party.
They probably like to play DUCK DUCK GOOSE!!!
