Yes Diabetics can have Peanut Butter. Just make sure you read the Sugar grams content and regulate proportions at your level. There are Peanut Butters designed for Diabetics and these have a good source of protein but must also be regulated to fit your diet and proportion limit.

I don't understand taking pea-nut butter but they can sure as well eat it if they are in a blood sugar lvl that is good. They need to be in control to eat anything.

yes it can be quite good for a diabetic as it is easy to take in a good size amount of protein when needed. I eat a spoon full with vanilla yogurt.

yes. just buy natural peanut butter that doesn't contain added sugar (or corn syrup--same thing). you might have to go to a health food store to find it.
