is there a such thing as having a body type that CANT take urinating (pee) test and only can take a blood test ?
for example if its a pee test..but ur body can only take blood test would the test keep coming up negative

Of course you can take a "pee test". If your body is not making pee then you have far greater worries because you are about to die.

No I do not think there is such a thing as what you are describing. All people can urinate and give blood usually unless there is something physically missing from their anatomy.
