this seems to happen whenever i get hungry and then ride in a car. pretty soon my stomach starts to feel weird, and i can't eat. i just feel like throwing up if i eat, even tho my stomach is almost empty. yesterday this happened to me. but i still ate, thinking it would be good just to get some food in me. then, walking out of the place, after about 20 minutes, my hands started to get numb. (i dont know if it was the cold weather or something) pretty soon the feeling spread to my legs and stomach and i felt like there was this crazy shaking in my body, like i was demon possessed or something. then i threw up, and felt better. however, my head still kind of hurt and i was still a little dizzy.

what's going on here?

A combination of travel sickness due to an empty stomach & low blood sugar. Make sure you have something to eat beforehand, even if it's a bar of chocolate. You could put your life at risk by fainting at the wheel, & you don't want that. xxx

You have low blood sugar. Go to the doctor and have it checked. Be sure when you schedule you tell them you want a blood sugar test and they will tell you how to prepare. When your sugar drops it does make you sick to your stomach. One of the first thing that happens to me is I get a queezy feeling and my hands start to shake. Then it will spread. This can be dangerous so when you start feeling like this get some O.J or something like that. It doesn't take much, maybe an ounce or so. Or keep a piece of candy with you all the time. If you get hit by it all of a sudden and can't get help put some sugar, if you have it near, under your toung. It only takes a teaspoon. But get it checked soon. Don't eat a lot of sweets. It seems weird but what is happening is your body is making too much insuline, and it causes you to get sick after eating a lot of sugar. Like opposite of a diabetic. Thats why it is important when you get sick not to get to much sugar or you will start all over again. Good luck.
