My 4 year old son will sometimes hit himself in the head when he's frusterated, or bite his hand. And we are dealing with that, he has a language delay, and is in therapy for it, anyway, my 16 month old son has seen my 4 year old do this and now he's started hitting himself in the head.. so I'm not sure what to do about that? unlike his brother, he isnt doing it out of frusteration, he's just being like his brother. advise on what to do here please?

My 4 year old does have a receptive language delay, he is in speech and language therapy for it. He has seen a developmental pediatrician and has had testing done.. he is definetly not autistic on and spectrum, and he is too young to diagnose a.d.h.d, especially knowing he has a receptive language disorder and some of those symptoms go hand in hand.
