I thought non-Catholics regarded them as "non-Christians" and hence, not correct, mistaken, etc., yet this person expounds without much evidence (that I can see) and people fall all over him/her! Is it Idolatry or just a huge popularity contest? I want to know (I'm saying this 'cause I'm HONEST, unlike some!), because I'm writing a book on comparative religion and want to know WHAT people see in this person. What is it that makes THIS person "special" (to those of you who think he/she is)?

Envious? Hardly! I don't even know the person, and anyone who achieves fame in THIS arena wouldn't inspire admiration, due to the childish, judgmental nature of responses like some of the ones I got! lol None of you had a good answer but you DID give me good info on how you "think"! As for the wrong category...EXCUUSE ME! I don't "LIVE" here on this site, 24/7 like some, so I'm kind of rusty on the finer points!

Well, time for one of you to run and tell teacher, that is, report me so this can be deleted! Sad...

Who is Imacatholic?

the only notion i have about imacatholic is that he appears in the leader board,as the best answerer in this category, and has earned the place for the obvious reasons, and your are not being
honest ,because there's no such thing as idolatry regards this member or no contest for popularity either, this member stands
in the place it is standing for the answers provided, resulting in the position deserved as the best answerer in this category, nothing more or nothing less,--now---your question
seems out of place for the supposedly study,if there is one
then it will be the R&S category ,not a SPECIFIC member
of the community in special,

I simply love looking at the Celtic cross at the top of Society & Culture. I'm Irish, but not Catholic. I simply respect Catholics while I practice another form of Christianity.

I don't ask many questions so I don't know who imacatholic is, I just know that imacatholic is at the top of the leader board.

That you can't see the truth and beauty in his answers doesn't bode well for your book.
