We're all unable to breathe without oxygen.

definetly if you cannot breathe w/o oxygen you need an oxygen therapy system 24 hrs./day. asap
you need an oxygen concentrator when at home
and portable 02 tanks when you go out of the house they last about 7 hrs.
pls get a prescription from your dr. & have them fax it to a medical supply immediately.
without oxygen brain cells are dying & this could lead to alzheimers, dementia later in life.

i think he is saying he cant breathe without supplemental oxygen.
both heart and lung problems can cause you to need supplemental oxygen, especially with exertion (walking, going up stairs). make sure you are going to a doctor to help you manage your condition.
