My husband (we are still married) doesn't want to go with me to the interview (he is dating some one else) and he says he doesn't care if the USA goverment deport me...I f we don't go to the interview ,USCIS will just dismiss the case or they will send me a letter asking me to leave the country?

Go to the interview. It's not going to help you if you are a no show.
I also need more info. Did something go wrong and you are at risk to be deported? Or is this just a basic interview? If you did something wrong the best thing you can do is go and try to fix it.
Even if you didn't, you still need to go.

You could petition for amnesty as an abandoned spouse, but most likely if the marriage ends you go home. It's certain your side will not be heard if you don't go, so at least you won't be any worse off if you do talk to them. Where did you find such a jackass of a husband, anyway?

just go to the interview and ask them, most immigration offices don't care if you are illegal. they don't have to know that he's dating someone else just that you are still legally married. as far as i am told they are not deporting anyone unless they are involved in criminal activity and even then they aren't deporting many.

Marriage fraud is illegal. Which is what your marriage sounds like. Your husband can be prosecuted also.
