In canada we have labels on foods which tell us the amount of carbs, protein and such on ALL processed food products, so technically all are diabetic friendly to a point. If that is the case in the US then this may help if not then you should try checking company websites for popular frozen dinners to get nutritional info.
I find that the "Michelina" brand frozen dinners are good for lunches, but not quite enough for dinner by themselves depending on what your caloric intake is of course but they range from 40 - 50 grams of carbs per meal.
I intake 2200-2400 calories and they work great for lunches usually with some carrots or veggies and protein(cheese or pepperoni are my favourites) on the side. For dinner if you add some protein, a piece of fruit, some veggies and a glass of milk they are great.
The "Michelina" lasagna's and tortellinis are quite tasty! and they are both around 40 grams of carbs. the macaroni is about 50 grams.

Actually,Healthy Choice has all of your exchanges right on the box. Same with Lean Cuisine, and Stoffers,if I remember right.
Your best bet, being a diabetic,is to get a few bags of frozen veggies (nothing like this Green Giant broccoli and cheese ****. I'm talking about plain, good, wholesome vegetables that don't have anything added to them),some pasta and your favorite lean meat. Most frozen dinners take 15-20 minutes in the oven. You can make a full meal in the same amount of time with just about the same effort. Just keep to your exchanges and you'd be better off leaving all those preservatives out.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

This is a diet place that makes and ships frozen meals. They offer low carb. Your best bet is to choose low carb if you cannot find diabetic. Usually low carb will also be lower in surgar. These are shipped to your door I believe.

There's another way you can do this too. If you have a vaccume food sealer you can make up several batches of meals and make your own TV dinner. You merely put it in a microwave tray, vaccume seal to keep longer, and freeze. Then you know exactly what's in them. A good vaccume sealer can be bought at Walmart for around $30.
To make food in bulk use a crock pot. You get many meals from that and can freeze it easily.

You should go online and tell lean cuisine your problem as they are a good company and like to make people happy. If they know your having a problem I bet they would come out with a line for that if you state your concern about it. they are a growing company and have come along way and brought more products out than any other company. Also ask you pharmacist as they usually have some good ideas on what to do. Anytime you have a problem you can call or go online and tell those company's and they will listen to you. These company's have there number all products for consumers to tell them how they feel about the products. Don't be afraid to call them.
