HIV can only be passed through bodily fluids, however even though saliva would be included in there, it has been said that saliva isnt likely to trasmit the virus. If you are worried, the best thing to do is have a test done.

No,you can,t unless you have some kind of open wound and his blood or saliva gets in there. Even then its pretty remote.
