Girls don't have semen, boys do. And if you are licking your own vaginal discharge, you can't give yourself an STD. You can only get STDs (including HIV) from unprotected sex with a person who has the disease, or from using a dirty needle that was used by a person with HIV.
Go ahead, masturbate and taste it. No harm. You definitely shouldn't be having sex with others if you are this uninformed. Geez.
